HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5610 of 2018 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 27th July 2018, passed in I.A.No.365 of 2018 in O.S.No.215 of 2015, whereby, the petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act r/w. Section 151 of CPC to send Ex.B-1/Will dated 04.04.1994, to the Forensic Science Laboratory for expert opinion, to know whether the said Will was executed in 1994 or not, has been dismissed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

I do not find any ground to interfere with the order dated 27th July 2018, passed in I.A.No.365 of 2018 in O.S.No.215 of 2015. The revision petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
