HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos. 31944, 34493, 34497, 35568 and 39709 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing on behalf of the respondents have submitted that the issue involved in all these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders dated 02.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32156 of 2018 and that similar orders may be passed in all the writ petitions. The operative portion of the said orders reads as under:

"Having considered the rival submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to declare the result of the selections conducted in pursuance of the notification dated 31.8.2018 and consider the case of the petitioners, if they are eligible and they come within the zone of selection for the posts of Junior Panchayat Secretaries.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to declare the result of the selections conducted in pursuance of the notification dated 31.8.2018 and consider the case of the petitioners, if they are eligible and they come within the zone of selection for the posts of Junior Panchayat Secretaries."

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, all the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the orders dated 02.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32156 of 2018.
