Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-ACB submitted that except conducting enquiry in the present case, no other crime is registered against the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and since there is no other crime registered against the petitioner except enquiring in the present case, condition No.3 imposed in Crl.P.No.15044 of 2024 vide order dated 31.12.2024 is modified directing the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 15th of every month for three months. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
