High Court at Hyderabad .....Respondent/Complainant Petrtion under Section 437(1) & 439(b) of CR.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relaxthe condition that "The Petitioners are directed to report to the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders", so far as it relates to the petitioner vide its order passed in CRLP No. 7303 of 2016, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof upon hearing the arguments of SRI tM S P KAI,4ARAJU Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the sole respondent, the Court made the followrng ORDER:

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed in Criminal Petition No.7303 of 2016, dated 20.06.2016, insofar as the petitioner/accused No.6 is concerned. The condition being that the petitioner should attend before the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.6 submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since its imposition, without any default. Learned Public Prosecutor also does not refute the said contention of the petitioner's counsel.

Hence, considering the above, the condition is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner/accused No.6 has to attend before the Station House Officer concerned, on every Sunday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 p.m. until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
