Heard.

The order of the 3rd respondent dated 20-07-2015 refusing to grant mutation in favour of the petitioner is questioned in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 3rd respondent himself sought clarification from the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Medak at Sangareddy and having been confirmed that the land admeasuring Ac.7-34 gts., in Sy.No.401 situated at Mittapally Revenue Village, Siddipet Mandal, Medak District, is a patta land, still he refused to grant mutation in her favour.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has effective alternative remedy under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
