Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration appearing for the appellants would submit that since the subject Suit in O.S.No.1519 of 2005 on the file of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
