CVNR, J & MSKJ, J C.C.No.397 of 2017 21.04.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 29.04.2016, in W.P.No.32256 of 2015.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, has submitted that by order, dated 18.04.2017, the respondent has reinstated the petitioner, pending the disciplinary proceedings. In the light of this fact, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grievance with which his client has filed this contempt case has ceased. 3.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
