HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.13236 of 2013 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioners claim to be legal heirs of ex-servicemen belonging to the Schedule Caste community and seek restoration of Government land which had been assigned to the said ex-servicemen which was resumed by the respondents. They have submitted representation to the Chief Commissioner of Land Revenue, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad on 02-11-2012 and a copy of the same has been submitted to 1st respondent. 3.

No counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents even though the Writ Petition has been pending on the file of this Court for almost four years.
5.
The petitioners are therefore directed to submit fresh representation to 1st respondent as well as the 4th respondent for restoration of their agricultural land which was allegedly resumed by the respondents within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy
MSRJ W.P.No.13236 of 2013 of this order and on receipt there of, the respondent Nos.1 and 4 shall consider the same and communicate their decision to the petitioners within eight (8) weeks thereafter.
6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 7.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
