THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.121 of 2015 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for both the sides that the order dt.15-05-2014 in W.P.M.P.No.18097 of 2014 in W.P.No.14575 of 2014 has been complied with on 15-04-2015.

Having regard to the said submission, I am not inclined to hold that the respondents have intentionally and willfully disobeyed the said orders passed by this Court.

Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
