Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner :
Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy Counsel for the Respondents:
G.P. attached to Advocate General (TS) for R1 toR5 The Court made the following:
CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing production of Hemanusha (for short 'the alleged detenue') from the alleged illegal custody of respondents No.6 and 7 and to set her at liberty.
2.
The alleged detenue has been produced by the police before the court. During our interaction with her, the alleged detenue informed that taking advantage of her moving closely with him, the petitioner has been blackmailing her; that she does not intend to join the company of the petitioner and that she is presently living with respondents No.6 and 7 who are her parents, with her free will and consent.
3.
In the light of the views expressed by the alleged detenue as noted above, we are convinced that she is not in the illegal custody of respondents No.6 and 7, as alleged by the petitioner. 4.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
