HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20745 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Sri G.Narender Reddy learned Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent-Gram Panchayat.

Challenging the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not removing the unauthorized construction made by respondents 6 and 7 in obstructing 80 feet Master Plan Road, the present Writ

Petition is filed.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they submitted a representation on 10.02.2016 to the fourth and fifth respondents bringing to their notice the unauthorized construction made by respondents 6 and 7 at Jammichedu Village Shivar, Gadwal Mandal, Mahabubnagar District causing hindrance and obstructions to 80 feet Master Plan Road, but no action has been taken by respondents 4 and 5 till date.

Having heard the learned Counsel on either and considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 10.02.2016 and if the allegations made by the petitioners are found to be true, appropriate action for removal of the alleged unauthorized constructions may be taken in accordance with law.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
