HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit a representation to extend the benefit of the Special Settlement Scheme 2018 for NPAs upto  25.00 lakhs, and seeks observation that in the event of making such representation, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision be made within the fixed time frame. 2.

Having regard to the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, it is needless to observe that in the event of petitioner making representation within one week from today, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision be made within four weeks thereafter.
