No.s 161 and 162 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dt.07.12.2022, to the Registrar(Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, in both the Writ Petitions, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions, since the petitioner has availed the One Time Settlement Scheme introduced by the State of Telangana for settlement of disputes.

In view of the above said submission, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
