HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18333 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he filed a representation on 30.05.2016 before the 3rd respondent stating that the 4th respondent has dug a bore well unauthorizedly at a distance of 150 meters from his borewell. Basing on the representation filed by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent issued notice dated 30.05.2016 directing the 4th respondent to submit explanation. Subsequently, as no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance to the notice issued by the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent submitted his explanation on 10.06.2016 and after considering the explanation, appropriate action will be taken. Heard Sri G.Sheshadri, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law after considering the explanation of the 4th respondent. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
