THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31962 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the CommissionerR.2 on 09.08.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

The grievance of the petitioner in the said representation is that the unofficial respondent herein is converting a residential building into a shopping complex contrary to the sanctioned plan. Counter affidavit is filed by the 5th respondent stating that he has constructed the building purely for residential purpose and using the same as such.

Since the representation, according to petitioner is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 09.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.
