THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.796 of 2017 ORDER:

This Court, by order dated 31.08.2016 in W.P.No.26099 of 2015, without going into the merits of the case, disposed of the Writ Petition directing the second respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months.

Now the learned Counsel for the respondent produced before this Court the speaking order passed on 08/11.05.2017 rejecting the request of the petitioner for dependant employment.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, the cause of action is separate and the contempt proceedings cannot be continued in view of passing the order by considering the representation. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
