Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not issuing the pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.00 in Survey Nos.783/ 1 and 738/ 8 situated at Lakdaram Village, Patancheruvu Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the application was made on 20.11.2013, in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, till date the authorities have not considered the same.

Having regard to the above, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent - Tahsildar, to dispose of the said application, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 6 to 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration.
