Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh).

With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed questioning the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. 4.

The question of entertaining the Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, against the order rejecting issuance of pattadar pass books, would not arise, when the statute under A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, provides a remedy of challenging the entries made, before seeking issuance of pattadar pass books. 5.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under law. 6.
