THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.31702 of 2013 ORDER:

Even with the passage of four years time, the c omplaint of Sri M.Srinivasa Rao is that the 2nd respondent is not looking into the representation of petitioners dated 20-05-2013 read with report dated 02-08-2013 and no action is taken. The Assistant Government Pleader requests time for getting instructions.

After perusing the material, this Court is of the view that the report dated 02-08-2013 is brought to the notice of 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has brought it to the notice of 1st respondent and it is for the 1st respondent to take a decision in accordance with law. Hence, I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The petitioners are given liberty to submit copy of this order together with report dated 02-08-2013 to 1st respondent within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent is directed to examine, afford opportunity to respondents 4 and 5 as well and positively take a decision within eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to observe that

if a decision is already taken, the decision so taken, is communicated to petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
