HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SAMUDRALA GOVINDARAJULU APPLICATION Nos. 226 of 2012, 225 of 2012, 334 of 2012, 799 to 806 of 2010, 162 of 2011, 418 of 2012, 419 of 2012, 420 of 2012, 421 of 2012, 161 of 2011, 422 of 2012, 423 of 2012, 424 of 2012 and 425 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

In view of the order pronounced today in C.S.No.14 of 1958 and other applications transferring the suit as well as pending applications listed therein to the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, with necessary directions, the same order should follow in these petitions also.

In the result, in exercise of suo motu power of this Court under Section 24(1)(b)(iii) CPC, the above pending applications in C.S.No.14 of 1958 are hereby transferred to the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for the purpose of further trial if any, enquiry and disposal on merits and according to law in the light of the observations and guidelines given by this Court in the previous order.
