HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CRP No.5243 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioners are plaintiffs in the suit and as against the dismissal of the suit OS No.2 of 2014, they preferred appeal being AS No.81 of 2018 along with an interlocutory application being IA No.1617 of 2018 seeking for interim injunction.
The grievance of the petitioners is that on account of the pendency of the IA without any orders passed therein, the respondents are trying to take possession of the land in question. It is also their case that all through they had injunction during the pendency of the suit.
It is stated that notices are ordered in the said IA. Inasmuch as the only grievance of the petitioners is as to the non disposal of the IA, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of IA No.1617 of 2018, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous
petitions if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
