Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a proprietary concern engaged in the business of wholesale distribution of PDS kerosene in Nalgonda District. The husband of the petitioner was given dealership by the Indian Oil Corporation at Bhongir, as he was a discharged army personnel. Unfortunately, he died in the year 1977. Later on, the dealership was transferred in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was given a licence under Form-B under the provisions of A.P. Petroleum Products (Licensing and Regulation of Supplies) Order, 1980. While so, the petitioner received a proceeding from the 2nd respondent dated 11.03.2015 suspending the Form-B licence. The same is challenged in the present writ petition.

A perusal of the order dated 11.03.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent discloses that certain serious allegations were leveled against the petitioner in respect of her business and it necessitated the suspension of the licence pending further enquiry. In view of the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to admit the writ petition and keep it pending. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the allegations made against the business of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass final orders after following the principles of natural justice.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________
