THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14565 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of respondents 1 to 5 in not taking action against respondents 6 to 18 for celebrating second marriage of the 6th respondent with the 13th respondent, while the petitioner's marriage with the 6th respondent is in subsistence, as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct respondents 1 to 5 to entrust the investigation in Crime No.367 of 2015 dated 14.04.2015 either to the Special Investigating Team or High Rung Police Officials.

Heard both sides.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police is the competent authority to take appropriate decision in this matter.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary application before the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
