Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not taking any action in respect of representation dated 29.11.2016, filed against respondent Nos.6 to 9 for protection of the petitioner's land in Survey No.493, 494 and 497 admeasuring Acs.16.16 guntas situated at Manchirevula Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondents are claiming the property in dispute without any right or title. It is further averred that without any valid permission from respondent Nos.2 to 5, the unofficial respondents are making construction in the aforementioned land. Hence the petitioner made a representation on 29.11.2016 for dismantling of unauthorized structures, but the respondent-authorities failed to take any action on the said representation, which lead to filing of the present writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be against unofficial respondents, who are shown as respondent Nos.6 to
9. That being the position, entertaining a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India would not arise. If the petitioner has any grievance against the unofficial respondents, he has to first approach Civil Court and take steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, I see no grounds to entertain this writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
