THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32044 OF 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of the respondent-Municipality in granting building permission though he submitted an application, as long back as on 04.01.2018.

When the application is made for building permission, the respondent-authorities will have to respond in one way or the other.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondentMunicipaity, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent-Municipality to pass appropriate Orders on the application of the petitioner, dated 04.01.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
