CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA.No.1133 of 2014 Dt: 16.08.2016 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of Order, dated 08-10-2014, in OP.No.29 of 2012, on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, whereby he has dismissed the said OP filed by the appellant for divorce against the respondent.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has filed Memo, dated 11-07-2016, wherein it is stated that the dispute between the parties is settled; that they are living together and that, therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. A letter to this effect was also addressed by the learned Counsel for the appellant. At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the Memo and the letter. In the light of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
