This Contempt Case is filed against respondent alleging willful disobedience in compliance of order dated 28.04.2017 in W.P. No. 16020 of 2017, wherein this Court has directed the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 13.02.2017 for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that petitioners filed all the documents along with application, but same was erroneously rejected.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as petitioner failed to file necessary documents, even after issuing endorsement dated 08.06.2017, his application was rejected.

It is to be seen that only on the ground that necessary documents are not produced; the application of the petitioner is rejected.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to file necessary documents along with fresh application and on such filing an application with necessary documents, the respondent is directed to consider and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stands closed.
