THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION Nos.18166 of 2017 & 7627 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

Since the sum and substance of the grievance of the petitioner, in these two cases is the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these two matters by way of this common order.

At the hearing, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat that, since the request of the petitioner, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is to lay underground outlet into the Kurada drainage, which leads to main drainage canal, already dug by the Gram Panchayat, the Gram Panchayat will not have any objection for the said course of action.

Recording the above submission, these two Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
