ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 21.06.2011, in I.A.No.1405 of 2010 in O.S.No.1225 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
Memo, dated 12.02.2015, is filed on behalf of the petitioners, which contains the signatures of the petitioners as well as their counsel, wherein it is stated that during the pendency of the
present Civil Revision Petition, the petitioners have withdrawn the suit filed by them in the lower Court in view of the out of Court settlement.
At the hearing, Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition in view of the out of Court settlement of the dispute.
The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
