However, in the said order, inadvertently, it is mentioned at para No.5 as "....transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Courtcum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad..." instead of " ...transferred to the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Bodhan...." Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and the order dated 06.03.2026 is modified at para No.5 as "...transferred to the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Bodhan..." in place of the Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad.

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.
