This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the appellate court in disposing of I.A. No.147 of 2017 in A.S. No.39 of 2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

A perusal of the record reveals that A.S. No.39 of 2017 is posted to 01.3.2017 for counter of the respondents. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the respondents may take coercive steps for delivery of the suit schedule property. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, learned XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of I.A. No.147 of 2017 in A.S. No.39 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
