The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of his complaint, dated 25-022015, no action is taken by the 3rd respondent. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.40 of 2015 is already registered by the 3rd respondent on 17-03-2015 and took up investigation. In view of that, no further orders are necessary except directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file appropriate final report in accordance with law.
