This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the third respondent dated 06.12.2016 in R.O.C.No.DAQ/C1/106/2016-17 whereby the license of the petitioner has been cancelled, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
