HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1785 of 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 28-03-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.8791 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the respondents to dispose of representation of the petitioner for conducting survey and fixing boundaries in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Sy.No.186/1 of Chandaluru Village, J.Panguluru Mandal of Prakasam District. Respondent No.2 filed counter affidavit and endorsement in Rc.No.A5/434/2017, dated 30-12-2017, wherein it is stated that application of the petitioner was considered and said endorsement is issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to argue the validity of the endorsement dated 30-12-2017.

The representation of the petitioner is disposed of by issuing said endorsement. The correctness or otherwise of the endorsement dated 30-12-2017 cannot be gone into in the contempt case. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 30-12-2017.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
