Since the subject matter of these writ petitions is similar, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. In the first W.P.No.42418 of 2015, the petitioner has filed a copy of the application under Annexure-A as Ex.P1 and similar applications are filed in all other writ petitions.

3. Heard learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP).

4. Under the A.P. Agricultural Land (conversion for NonAgricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, all such requests are required to be considered within time bound by the competent authority, namely, the third respondent. Since the applications of all the petitioners are stated to be pending from 02.03.2015, and no orders are passed therein till today.

Hence, I deem it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the respective applications of the petitioners on the basis of available record and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the respective petitioners, preferably, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. All the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed. ________________________________________
