Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner did not intend to prosecute the contempt case and sent him a mail requesting to withdraw the contempt case. Counsel for petitioner has filed a letter dated 16.12.2019 in the Registry enclosing copy of the email sent by petitioner to withdraw the contempt case.

Recording the same, contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
