THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No. 341 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The respondent Brigadier C. Barathi, Deputy Director General & Chief Engineer, Naval Projects, Visakhapatnam is present in the Court today, pursuant to the order passed by us on 07.09.2015.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General has drawn our attention specifically to the fact that an amount of Rs.10,48,68,403/- has since been deposited by way of a banker's cheque on 26.08.2015 in addition to Rs.50 lacs which was deposited on 29.05.2012.

In that view of the matter, we do not consider that this is one of those cases where this Court should proceed any further, in exercise of the jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Hence, this Contempt Case is dismissed. The rule is discharged. Consequent to dismissal of the Contempt Case, the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2015, it is needless to observe, stands automatically dissolved.
