THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.560 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no instructions from the client and they are unable to contact him. The counsel for the petitioner is also unable to inform the Court as to whether the order passed by this Court on 06.03.2017 is complied with or not. On 12.07.2018 and 26.07.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today. Today, the counsel for the petitioner informs that they are not able to contact the petitioner and have no instructions. In these circumstances, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is open to the counsel for the petitioner to move an appropriate application as and when he gets instructions from the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
