THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32009 of 2018 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to make representation to the Tahsildar concerned, seeking deletion of the red mark shown against the property in dispute.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty, as prayed for. Further, the Tahsildar, on receiving the said representation, if he is otherwise authorized to do so, shall proceed in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
