HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.700 of 2015 ORDER:

On hearing both sides at the admission stage the following order is passed.

A perusal of FIR allegations would show a strong prima facie accusation against the petitioners. Hence, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, considering the fact that petitioners/A2 and A3 are women and petitioner/A4 is a bank employee and their arrest will cause any amount of hardship to them, the police of Women PS, Vizianagaram in Cr.No.2 of 2015 are directed not to arrest them pending investigation. Petitioners are directed to co-operate with the Investigating agency for smooth of completion of investigation. This Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
