CVNR,J & MSKJ,J C.C.No.1869 of 2017 12.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleged willful disobedience of order, dated 30.09.2016, in C.C.C.A.M.P.No.564 of 2016 in C.C.C.A.No.199 of 2016. 2.

After arguing the case and having realized the fact that Contempt Case is not an appropriate remedy, Mr.K.Sai Ram Murthy, learned counsel representing Mr.K.V.Subraymanya Narusu, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case, with liberty to his clients to file a fresh application for appropriate relief.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. 4.
