CVNR, J & TR, J WP.No.2618 of 2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issuing a Mandamus to declare the rejection of the petitioner's application for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) under Recruitment by Transfer vide notification dated 18.01.2017 as arbitrary and illegal.

Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned standing counsel, on instructions from respondent No.1, submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered on administrative side and a decision was taken in his favour qualifying him for participating in the selection process.

In view of this submission, which is placed on record, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
