HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32224 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri Mohd. Zia-Ul-Haque, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 respectively and Sri P. Radhive Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metro Rail, appearing for respondent No.2.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metro Rail that there is no requisition sent by the Hyderabad Metro Rail Authorities so far in respect of the subject property.

3. Recording the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is closed, at the stage of admission itself, giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court whenever cause of action arises. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
