THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.6890 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.230 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State of Telangana.

Having perused the material on record, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels that appropriate directions may be given to dispose of the main C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, to dispose of C.C.No.230 of 2013 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and both parties undertake that they will not seek unnecessary adjournments and cooperate with the Court below for earlier disposal of the matter. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
