THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.2555 of 2016 ORDER:

Pursuant to order dated 18.01.2017, the petitioners are personally present in the Court and have explained that on 12.01.2017 their counsel namely Sri D. Sarath Kumar while travelling on bike, fell on road and suffered three fractures to his right collar bone. Moreover, the compliance report vide Roc.No.B/92/2016, dated 16.9.2016 has not been received by the petitioners for the reason that the respondents stated to be sent it only to one of the petitioners at the given address by ordinary post, which never received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no purpose to file the present contempt petition if the petitioners received order dated 16.9.2016 passed by the respondents in compliance of the directions passed by this Court.

Keeping in view the averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioners, I hereby close the proceedings. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
