This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking bail in Crime No.137 of 2022 on the file of Kodad Rural Police Station, Suryapet District registered for the offences punishable under Section 20 (b)(ii)(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Sri Ankit Kapoor, learned counsel representing Sri D.Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, on record, as well as Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent/State are present. 03.

When the matter has been taken up hearing, learned counsel representing Sri D.Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, on record, requested to permit him to withdraw the petition.

04. In view of the above submission, permission is accorded and this Criminal petition is liable to be dismissed. 05.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
