The New India Assurance Company Limited, filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated10.03.2008 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - II Additional District Judge, Warangal in O.P.No.453 of 2006.

As the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - insurance company, represented by its Manager, sought permission to withdraw the appeal and in pursuance of the same, Lok Adalat, Organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018. The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
