The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the order in proceedings R.C.E.79/2018, dated 03.06.2018 to change the entries of the petitioners names in the revenue records pertaining to the Sy.Nos.607 and 608 situated at Gonegandla village and Mandal, Kurnool District by keeping them in the disputed register without proper reasons and opportunity to the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving liberty to pursue the Revision and the stay application filed by them before the appropriate authority and in the event of orders not being passed early, to seek a direction for early disposal.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue the Revision and the stay application filed by them before the appropriate authority. No
costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
