THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Writ Petition No.24523 of 2017 ORDER :

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted a letter, dt.22.01.2018 before the Registrar(Judicial) seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, on the reason that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the Commissioner passed another order withdrawing the earlier proceedings which is impugned herein. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
