HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31971 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.05.2018 and the subsequent complaint dated 19.06.2018 and in not investigating into the said offence.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.111/2018, dated 09.09.2018, was registered under Section 341, 506, r/w.34 IPC.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
